The Client

The client is developing an online event management portal named FestiFind, designed to efficiently organize and manage camps and events. This platform aims to serve administrators, customers, and organizers by streamlining processes related to event creation, participant registration, and communication.


The Challenge

The challenge lies in designing an intuitive and engaging user interface that accommodates the diverse needs of its three main user groups. Each user type requires tailored functionality to ensure ease of use and efficiency, addressing the complexities of event planning, role management, and participant interaction.

The Solution

The solution is a well-structured and visually appealing portal with distinct user flows for administrators, customers, and organizers. The design will focus on accessibility, usability, and scalability, providing seamless navigation, rich feature sets, and user-friendly interaction to enhance the event planning and participation experience. The deliverable was Figma designs.

1. Administrator

Administrators oversee the platform’s operations. They manage system configurations, monitor users and activities, and create reports. Their interface includes dashboards for controlling user permissions, viewing analytics, and managing event settings efficiently.

2. Organizer

Organizers are responsible for event creation and management. Their interface allows them to design event pages, monitor participant registrations, and manage communications. They can also add schedules, upload content, and collaborate with administrators for approvals.

Organizers can create moments similar to stories for events.

Organizers can manage their billing and account settings.

3. Customer/Participant

Customers use the portal to explore available camps, register for events, and interact with content. They can create profiles, browse detailed event descriptions, make payments, and provide feedback after participation. Notifications and filtering options ensure they find suitable events effortlessly.

Customers can browse events and filter by category, price, date, and location.

Customers can book and pay for events and check event status.
